Dutch tulip growers invite everyone to pick a bunch of tulips for free in a specially created picking garden. A tulip picking garden has been set up again at the Museumplein in Amsterdam with as many as 200,000 tulips. The picking garden opens at 1:00 PM and everyone is allowed to pick a free bunch of tulips.Activities and atmosphere
The picking garden is extremely popular, so make sure to join in time. The average waiting time is 60 minutes. While waiting, a brass band creates a pleasant atmosphere with typical Dutch songs like Tulips from Amsterdam. From the walkway, you can get a good view of the size of the picking garden.

The National Tulip Day is organized by Dutch tulip growers, united in Tulip Promotion Netherlands
. These growers volunteer to make the tulip party a success. You can recognize the volunteers by their orange jackets.
