Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer has the right to inform the seller that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without stating a reason, within seven working days from the day following the day of delivery. This right of withdrawal is granted to any natural person or legal entity that does not acquire or use the purchased products or services for professional purposes. The customer must notify the cancellation of the order via registered mail. This registered mail must be addressed to Alkemade LTJ bv, Stenenmolentstraat 59, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium. The cancellation will only be accepted on the condition that the purchased items are in their original packaging and that this packaging is complete, unused, undamaged, and ready for sale. When the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed to refund any amount you may have paid us for the purchase of one or more items within a period of 30 days, excluding any shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees. The refund will be made to the bank account number that you must specify in your registered letter. The items must be returned along with the delivery documents and the invoice.
