Just like the Globemaster, Allium Ambassador is a variety that you immediately fall in love with. The blooming period is June, and the flower can reach a diameter of about 17 cm with beautiful deep purple flowers.
Very sturdy stems, and they need to be, because this is a big one (150 cm without any problem) that you should place at the back of the border so it can really shine.
Parents: Allium stipitatum x Allium giganteum. A relatively recent variety from West Friesland.
This variety also attracts bees, butterflies, and insects.
