During flowering, it changes from fresh yellow to bright white.
Split-corona daffodils, also known as butterfly daffodils, are a special group of daffodils distinguished by their split corona (secondary crown). This corona is deeply divided and often lies almost flat against the petals, giving the flower a striking, sometimes orchid-like appearance.
