Blazing Star is perfect for use as a garden plant. These flower spikes have a unique flowering pattern, as they open from the top down. The leaves on the sturdy, tall stems are lance-shaped and have a grass-like appearance.
This plant is often used in combination with ornamental grasses to add some color.
